- 1997 started commercial production.
- 2000 Company certified by ISO : 9002
- 2005 Certified ISO TS 16949 2002.
- 2007 Purchased Forging Press line and upsetter from Australia and installed Rajkot Factory.
- 2008-09 Increase forging capacity from 14000 Tons/Annum to 30000 Tons/ Annum.
