with the Object of trading in shares and securities and to serve
to the retail investors. The Company operates through Kishor L.
Kadvani, a Member of the Saurashtra Kutch Stock Exchange and one
of the Directors of the Company. The Company was one of the
Leading Brokers in the Saurashtra region with a Customer base of
2000 clients spread across Rajkot, Jamnagar and Gondal. The
Company was the first in the region to have received Registration
from Reserve Bank of India as a Registered Non Banking Finance
Company.
