The Company was originally incorporated as private limited company in the name of Kadvani Investments Private Limited on April 29, 1992. The company was converted into a Public Limited Company on November 10, 1994. Subsequently the name of the Company was changed to KADVANI SECURITIES LIMITED on December 7th, 1994.
